I took my 1993 Honda Accord to Japanese Autoworks for repairs. We bought the Accord for $1000 from a guy that had it in his garage for about a year. I had already put on new tires, exhaust system and a few items I did myself to get it inspected. The A/C didn't work, the transmission had problems and the engine would not idle properly. I took the car over to a local shop that I have used before in North Richland Hills. They declined to work on the vehicle due to it was in such poor condition. A friend recommended that we get the car checked out by Terry at Japanese Autoworks in Euless. We dropped the car off in the evening and Terry called me the next morning. Terry was very positive and explained that I had a great vehicle that just needed a lot of maintenance items. He went through the list of items and told me exactly what it would cost. The Accord had the same issues that all other Accords of this model year has. Terry faxed me over the list of items and we went over each item and some of the priority items we had repaired and some we elected to do later. We are very pleased with the quality of service, great communication, fast service. These guy's know Honda's. If you have a Honda of any model, I highly recommend taking it to Japanese Autoworks in Euless. Give Terry a call

I have taken my Acura to Japanese Autoworks several times and have never had any issues. They are always extremely informative and helpful, willing to sit down and explain exactly what is wrong and what will be done to fix the issue before I make any decisions. Never had any problems with being overcharged. Labor and parts prices are always what they should be. I had an issue with my VTEC not engaging and was quoted $600-800 repair bills from other shops because they said solenoid needed replaced. Took it to Japanese Autoworks and they said the filter just needed cleaning. Ended up paying less than half of what the other shops quoted and the problem was fixed.

I had a timing belt installed on my Toyota. They did a wonderful job THE FIRST TIME AROUND with not having to come back for second repairs. Great job guys keep up the good work!!!!!

I went on a referral from a co-worker to Japanese Autoworks. This was the best repair experience I have ever had. I use to joke abut my old repair guy we called him, "$300.00 Tony!" There was never a time the guy charged less than $300.00. Not Japanese Autoworks! They were honest, fair, and fast. Thank you. From now on when someone needs repairs I will ALWAYS recommend Japanese Autoworks. I have great respect for Japanese Autoworks.

Friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and affordable.  They do excellent work, we have had 5 Hondas over the years. Have always been courteous and friendly, and have always fixed the problem without charging us for things that didn't need to be fixed.
